Dr Najjar called on preachers to be more interactive and play an effective and
influential role in inculcating the intrinsic Islamic values in the hearts and
minds of the youth. He said preachers have a responsibility towards explaining
the menace of drug abuse. He said that a recent study on juveniles underlined
the need to amend the Federal Juvenile Delinquents Law with the aim of
